I was in a rough spot and Attorney Sebald exceeded my expectations while being fair and upfront about the possible outcomes. I was impressed by his knowledge and navigation of the law, but also by his relationships within that community.

I was charged with theft by extortion, a 3rd degree felony which carries a possible sentence of 7 years in prison and 15,000 in fines. Against my better judgement, I took the advice of Stephen and pled guilty for a reduced sentence. Because I listened to his expert advice, I will serve NO prison time, NO jail time, and my fine was minimal. Thanks again Stephen for a tough uphill battle, and you never gave up.

Attorney Sebald did a great job handling my case. I was cited improperly for a traffic accident, and Steve and his partner were able to resolve the situation quickly and with great professionalism.

I hired Eric for someone who was facing serious felony charges. He is a fairly young man with a young child who he absolutely adores. He had made mistakes and I didn't feel he needed to go to jail and be separated from that child. Eric was extremely helpful and actually, you could tell that he took this case personally because of all of the time and effort he put into the case. He was always available to us and his family. When it came time for the sentencing we all thought he was going to jail. When the judge sentenced him to 3 years parole we were all extremely happy. I can not say enough good things to say about Eric.

I received a speeding ticket while traveling through Erie, PA. Steve and his expert team took care of everything while I was 600 miles away in North Carolina. He greatly reduced my conviction and fines. Valerie on his team took the time to hand-hold me through the process. I truly appreciate all that Steve and his team did to resolve this positively for me.

We were extremely satisfied with Attorney Sebald and Attorney Hackwelder. Highly recommend. You want that piece of mind when you get into legal trouble call these guys. You won't be disappointed.

Stephen is a very knowledgeable lawyer! I got a DUI with a BAC of 2.16 and walked away with only 6 months probation and didn't lose my license! I can't thank this man enough! Thank you Stephen for all the hard work you put into my case!

Mr. Hackwelder and Mr. Sebald both worked very diligently to a resolution of a very serious case. My son was accused of a crime that would have cost him his freedom and caused irreparable harm to his reputation and his family unit. A conviction would have led to certain alienation of his rights as a father. My son, a provider and a family man was accused by a third party with an obvious agenda. Both Hackwelder and Sebald did exactly as the indicated at our first meeting. They said that this case would end up dismissed and it was. They were able to successfully demonstrate to the district attorney that there was no way that this case would be successfully prosecuted because of the lack of evidence, improper conduct and the overt agenda of the accusing party. I would not hesitate to ask Eric Hackwelder or Stephen Sebald to represent my loved ones again and you definitely shouldn't look any further.

I have many good things to say about Mr. Hackwelder and his team. From the beginning he came to our aid last minute and were good at keeping open lines of communication with me and my family. They worked on our case up to the last possible moment and even met with me on weekends. He answered all my questions throughout the whole process, was polite and did not waste time. The case was an extremely hard one, and the legal system was a bear to work with, but Mr. Hackwelder showed up every time with lots of energy and a positive attitude. He never promised what could not be done, but our results were extremely positive, in part to his hard work and constant attention to important details. I highly recommend him and his team. Mr. Hackwelder, I believe, went above and beyond the call of duty in our unique circumstance.

Mr. Sebald is honest with you from the beginning and will do everything he can to get the best possible outcome.
