CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Three Pennsylvania men accused of having sex on a regular basis with several animals will be sentenced next month.

Court documents indicate that 33-year-old Matthew Brubaker, 41-year-old Terry Wallace, and 35-year-old Marc Measnikoff, all of Clearfield County, will be sentenced by Judge Paul E. Cherry on April 23.

They are each facing more than 1,400 misdemeanor counts of sexual intercourse with an animal in addition to a slew of charges related to cruelty of animals, endangering the welfare of children, and corruption of minors.

According to the Clearfield County District Attorney’s office, the child endangerment charges were filed due to a teenager living on the Munson area “makeshift farm” at the time of the incidents.

The farm is owned jointly by the defendants.

A criminal complaint filed in Clearfield County District Court indicates that a witness told police that the men were having sex on a regular basis with horses, a goat, a cow, and dogs. The encounters occurred over the course of four to five years, according to the documents.

Some of the acts were recorded, according to the criminal complaint.

The criminal complaint states that Wallace was “mostly into having sexual intercourse with dogs, but had also had sexual intercourse with horses and a goat.”

According to the criminal complaint, Brubaker admitted that he had sex with every female horse and also with a goat, a cow, and a dog. He told police that he has had sex with an animal at least once per day for the last “four or five years.”

Measnikoff reportedly admitted to having sexual intercourse with multiple horses, several times per week.

The three men were living in campers on the property at the time.

State Police and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals collaborated to place the animals with new owners.

The trio remain incarcerated in the Clearfield County Jail.
