Millcreek Township police are investigating the theft of more than $50,000 worth of items from a township store in a burglary earlier this week.

Someone forced their way into Lucky Glass Gallery, 3545 W. 12th St., in the Plaza 12, sometime between Monday at 8 p.m. and Tuesday at 3:15 p.m., police reported Wednesday. Numerous custom glass sculptures and other items, with a total value of more than $50,000, were taken in the burglary, according to investigators. The store was also damaged in the break-in.
