Attorney Fife has dedicated his career to helping injured people in all types of accidents,
personal injury cases, workers’ compensation claims, and other civil litigation matters.
For more than 20 years, Attorney Fife has represented injured people in personal injury
cases involving auto, trucking, death, insurance bad faith and premises liability. Attorney
Fife has litigated hundreds of cases and tried many to verdict in order to get injured
victims the compensation they deserve after an accident. Attorney Fife takes great pride
in building a strong relationship with his clients, and putting their needs first, while
devoting all his efforts to building a winning case to maximize your recovery.

Attorney Fife earned his undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University and Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Attorney Fife is licensed to practice law in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts and remains an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for
Justice, and the Erie County Bar Association.

Over the course of his career, Attorney Fife has been and continues to be an active
member of the community. Attorney Fife is a board member of the Harbor Creek
School District Board of Directors, where he currently serves as President. He serves as
the Harborcreek Township representative on Erie Water Works Board of Directors.
Attorney Fife has served as the President and Vice-President of the Harbor Creek Little
League and continues to actively serve as a volunteer coach.

I was charged with theft by extortion, a 3rd degree felony which carries a possible sentence of 7 years in prison and 15,000 in fines. Against my better judgement, I took the advice of Stephen and pled guilty for a reduced sentence. Because I listened to his expert advice, I will serve NO prison time, NO jail time, and my fine was minimal. Thanks again Stephen for a tough uphill battle, and you never gave up.

Attorney Sebald represented me in 2005 for a DUI. So when I was facing legal problems again in 2015 for getting 3 DUI's in a 5 month period due to an addiction to alcohol I knew I needed him to represent me again. I hired Eric for someone who was facing serious felony charges. He is a fairly young man with a young child who he absolutely adores. He had made mistakes and I didn't feel he needed to go to jail and be separated from that child.
