Two men face disorderly conduct and summary traffic charges following a two-vehicle crash that led to a reported road-rage incident on Wednesday morning.

The crash that started the incident happened at East 24th and Wallace streets and was reported on Wednesday at 10:20 a.m., according to Erie police and Erie County 911. A male driver went through a stop sign at the intersection and was struck by another vehicle, and he got out of his vehicle and acted as though he had a gun in his waistband before jumping into another vehicle, Erie police Deputy Chief Jon Nolan said.
