Attorney Tyler Lindquist

Attorney Family Law/Criminal

Attorney Lindquist was born and raised in Bemus Point, New York and attended Penn State Behrend, where he graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He then continued his education at Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where he interned for the Innocence Project and graduated in 2016.

Attorney Lindquist began his career as a legal intern for the Warren County District Attorney’s Office and began practice in 2017 with a focus on criminal defense, family law, and other litigation.

Attorney Lindquist believes in helping people in some of their most desperate times of need, and that every person is entitled to their day in court. His experience working on both sides of the law and in the courtroom makes him the right attorney to fight for you and to get you the results you deserve.

I was charged with theft by extortion, a 3rd degree felony which carries a possible sentence of 7 years in prison and 15,000 in fines. Against my better judgement, I took the advice of Stephen and pled guilty for a reduced sentence. I hired Eric for someone who was facing serious felony charges. He is a fairly young man with a young child who he absolutely adores.
